不同花生品种抗旱生理与AhNCED1基因表达的关系

摘 要:

利用隶属函数对山东产地的4个花生品种进行抗旱性综合评价, 同时分析4个品种AhNCED1基因的表达情况, 研究 AhNCED1基因与不同花生品种抗旱性的相关性。结果表明, 花生品种间的抗旱性有显著差异, 抗旱性强弱为: ‘鲁花14号’>‘花育33号’>‘海花1号’>‘花育24号’。干旱胁迫下, 叶片AhNCED1的表达量与其抗旱性呈正相关, AhNCED1基因可以作为筛选抗旱花生品种的分子指标。

The Relationship between the Expression of AhNCED1 and Drought Resis-tance Physiology of Different Peanut Varieties

Abstract:

Four peanut varieties growing in Shandong were screened for drought resistance using the subordi-nate function value. Meanwhile we analyzed the expression level of AhNCED1 gene and studied the relation-ship between the AhNCED1 expression and the drought resistance. The results showed that drought resistance between different varieties differed remarkably, ‘Luhua 14’>‘Huayu 33’>‘Haihua 1’>‘Huayu 24’. Under drought stress, the expression level of AhNCED1 genes positively correlated with drought resistance, which showed that the AhNCED1 gene could as a molecular marker to screen the highly tolerant peanut cultivar.
